Well known to Charleston audiences, Mr. von Oeyen has appeared as soloist with the Spoleto Festival USA Orchestra to critical acclaim. Since his debut at age 17 with the Los Angeles Philharmonic and Esa-Pekka Salonen, Mr. von Oeyen has performed in recital at London’s Wigmore Hall and the Kennedy Center. Orchestral appearances around the world include the Philadelphia Orchestra, the Saint Louis Symphony, the Atlanta, Detroit, Seattle, Utah and Singapore Symphonies, Chicago’s Grant Park Festival Orchestra, and the Rochester Philharmonic. He was awarded the Gilmore Young Artist Award in 1999 and took First Prize in the Lení Fé Bland Foundation National Piano Competition in 2001.

Jean-François Dichamp was unanimously awarded the Premier Prix at the Paris Conservatory in 1986. He was one of the most brilliant students of Nikita Magaloff, and later of Maria Curcio, with whom he studied for four years in London. He won three prizes at the Santander International Piano Competition. He has performed in Spain, Poland, Ireland, England, the USA, Mexico, Turkey, Colombia, Romania and South America. Recently he recorded two CDs for the Lyrinx label, one featuring works by Chopin, the other by Liszt.

Since her highly acclaimed Carnegie Hall recital debut as an artist on the Sol Hurok roster, Ann Schein’s amazing career has earned her high praise in major American and European cities and in more than 50 countries around the world. She has performed with great conductors including George Szell, James Levine, Seiji Ozawa, James dePreist, David Zinman, Stanislaw Skrowacewski, and Sir Colin Davis, and with major orchestras including the New York, Los Angeles and London Philharmonics, the Philadelphia Orchestra, the Baltimore Symphony, the Washington National Symphony, and the BBC Symphony Orchestra. Ms. Schein performed at the White House during the Kennedy administration. She has toured with the great soprano, Jessye Norman and they are featured in songs of Alban Berg on Sony Classical. Recent recordings include a Schumann album on Ivory Classics and a Chopin album on MSR Classics.
